Pilates
Ryer Martial Arts Academy offers Pilates classes as part of
our Fitness Program.
These classes are specifically designed to
help you build strength, increase flexibility, and enhance your
sense of balance. In addition, you will improve your
coordination and your joint range of motion. However, these physical benefits are just one aspect
of what is truly a total mind and body practice. Incorporating
Pilates
into your life will improve your focus and mental clarity; help to
reduce stress; and create an overall sense of well-being.
